Before you judge, read some of the yelp reviews for that towing company. Sounds like a bunch of crooks to me. And the front desk lady is apparently very rude to people

The people in the tow truck booth are just the worst. Men and women. I had to deal with them when my car was stolen. They are human garbage.

I am not saying they werent rude, or that they arent crooks, but still doesnt give you the right to personally attack someone like that. Share your frustrations, but move on. You being on TV doesnt give you any more rights than someone who isnt.
