    There is a fine line here. Plenty of things from this staff to be excited about and plenty to be concerned about. Seems to be opposite of old staff. Slow starts and ability to adjust when they struggle.

      The concern for me is the fan base. The Bolievers are out in full force and then you have these kids who won their fantasy football league who think they can coach spewing their error. Cant we just let the coach and players adjust and in a few years start to consider what changes need to be made? Can't we trust the process after deciding to go a new direction. Finally, it's appalling to get snide comments who say I'm all boastful for such a view. Some of the worst fans to me.
