    Jeep got broken into the other night. I had my iPad, two credit cards, my checkbook, and my Mark Ecko cufflinks all in there. The only thing missing was my goofy cowboy hat I bought in Texas. I must have drastically underestimated the value of that cowboy hat.

      Hahaha. No not my cuff links and a cowboy hat at the same time!! I drunkenly bought the hat when I was down at South by Southwest one year and I loved wearing French Cuffs when I needed to for work.

    Looking back at the Michigan game, there wasnt a drive on offense that we went 3 and out on offense to my knowledge. We've just gotta make the catches to extend drives.

      Q-I blame that on the punt returner for not fielding the damn punt at the 30 and lettin it roll to the 2. We had Newby back there, JUST LIKE EVERYONE WANTED. LOL.

      They went over that, Newby was preparing for a 40 yard punt, but the guy kicked a mortor shot. Coaches told him if anything went over his head just get away. Just a spectacular punt.

    Borges has always kind of been a joke. Hoke and him were very predictable when we played you guys.

    We don't protect all that much with our TEs if I am remembering correctly in pass protection. I actually am a lot more confident in our pass pro now than I was following Minnesota. Armstrong has a better feel for the pocket in my personal opinion. Whether he is able to read the coverage is yet to be seen.

    How'd you get that picture of PC??? Pretty sure this picture more resembled you after the UCLA game pal. And someone bring ice. EZ may have beer in a cooler, but from past experience odds are decent it will be warm I saw you after the UCLA game? Just kidding. Yeah. Polished that bottle a Windsor off in dramatic fashion. Needed to calm down. That handle was victimized. I'll be rather in control this time around.

    Its "shots deep down the field" that don't work. Be that as it may, you have to do something to keep those safeties out of the box. If you don't running the ball will be even more difficult. In about 50 less words than what I said

    Just got around to watching his film. Very strong upper body. I'd like to see him use leverage more and I think that's an area he needs to improvement.

    Its "shots deep down the field" that don't work. I may just say something that doesn't make much sense here, but hear me out. Just because we didn't catch the ball on a deep pass, doesn't mean that it won't make the other team have to adjust to it. If we show a huge reluctance to take shots down the field Saturday, their safeties will have nothing to worry about and will be able to keep creeping up into the box. If that happens we are in a world of trouble. So just because we haven't connected on many deep passes doesn't mean we don't need to throw deep once in awhile.

    Speaking of things we haven't shown, I would like to see AA run behind a FB. We showed a ton of movement in the Georgia game last year and it really helped us out. Make MSU have to communicate to adjust their sets.

    TE on LB could work, but if you have a WR in the middle we'll likely bring a safety to match him. Our safeties are fairly solid at coverage, lot of interchangeability between the DB position in Dantonio's defense. I'd dare Narduzzi to bring a safety up on a WR. Then it's pick your poison because we've got man to man coverage on either Kenny Bell or Quincy Enunwa with no safety help over the top. Dennard and Waynes pretty much never get safety help anyway. That's why this defense is what it is. They'll need it against QE.

    Stretch them sideline to sideline with the option and mix in a couple of shots deep down the field and make them account for KB and QE. Then you can pound it with Ameer.

    We have to be able to effectively pass the ball. That way it keeps them from being able to creep more and more guys into the box. Cethan Carter and hopefully Jamal Turner need to play big to keep their linebackers honest. Could this be the perfect game for an Alonzo Moore or a Kenny Bell jailbreak screen????

    Depth depth depth. This will offset the fact that we lost Kevin Williams early in fall camp. Never have too many bodies in there at DT.
