      I'm trying to read the tea leaves but I'm guessing that circulation is down, costs to produce the magazine are going up and the usual stuff. They just opened up a new sports bar not too long ago, I wonder if they made a calculation and decided to allocate their funds there?

      Aaron Babcock left the magazine for a gig in Alabama covering the Crimson Tide back in March. I knew subs were down. It's tough making money in the print industry these days.

       

      I just hope everyone over there lands on their feet. Erin is one of my favorite Husker journalists, and Jacob has always been cool covering Husker Volleyball.

    I went with 6; the train is on the right track, but we still need more athletes at key positions that another recruiting cycle will help fix.

    I really, really liked season 1; I've surprisingly never played any of the games, but season 1 got me to read the books. Season 2 was ok; sort of middling at times, but ok. After the nonsense surrounding Cavill's departure, I'm skipping season 3 and whatever comes after.

    Just finding this now, but I would recommend just shelling out for the official pro controllers; I've had one for 6 years now, and have had no issues with it. However, if you're so inclined, some of the cheaper ones in your price range don't come with wireless or rumble capabilities.     I've long thought that cold weather could be more of a selling point for recruits than it is; 9 out of the last 14 participants in the Super Bowl have been from colder winter climates, and Green Bay and Buffalo have both had deep playoff runs the last few years.

    I wonder how much, if any, he was in the know regarding the Brett Favre welfare funding scandal down there.

    This is a good point; Class A has been really tough in Omaha the past couple of years, great teams and some of the best individual talent the Metro has had in years. Plus, he threw for 3000 yards and 30+ TDs against that competition in his first year starting.
