I don't think his head hit the turf really hard either. I think it was more whiplash than a direct hit. Yeah it was one of the those routine looking things. But that's where you get a lot of concussions. You get hit one way and your head hits the turf and gets redirected quickly and that sudden acceleration is what messes you up.

Must have got knocked out when his head hit the turf because it wasn't a bad hit. Hope the kid will be alright, I know how his teammates feel. It's not a fun thing to have to go back out there when your buddy is on the way to the hospital and non responsive.

If you're talking about the CCG maybe try watching it again. With the exception of short yardage scores and HB passes there is somebody who is fundamentally where they are supposed to be to stop the play for a minimal gain almost every time, but because of either poor angles, lack of speed, or just plain bad tackling they turn into huge gains or scores.

Basically. Hey, I lived North of Norfolk for the better part of 20 years. Drove through Pierce everyday on my way to work in Norfolk. Take highway 13 from Norfolk to Pierce. Its about 13 miles away. I got a pretty good Idea where those cars are being sold off at, would be fun to go to. I've been north of Norfolk my fare share and through Pierce as well, there's some nice country up there. In fact I'll be at a wedding north of Pierce that weekend, but I doubt my company will want to go an hour out of the way to see dusty old cars. Yes, there is some very pretty country in Knox County. So where is the wedding at? Actually it's way north and east, New Castle I believe.

They're going to cut a guy they drafted and paid? Hmmm. Not the first time it's happened. 4 year contract and 2.2 million dollars. The Bengals aren't going to cut a solid player like Burkhead and watch that money walk away. They'd be stupid. Stupider things have been done.
