Or as Knap would say: "Ah, 25. I remember I got my first horse carriage when I turned 25"

I thought Knapp invented the wheel at age 25?

  3. What's their definition of blindside block? Because your basic trap play and sometimes counter plays are basically a blind side block. This is ridiculous, head in front should always be a clean block unless you lunge at the defender's head.
  4. They got one just as soon as he said he wouldn't be involved with them in anyway.
  5. You have to be an idiot to need to cheat in college. If you're an athlete yes, but they're usually not too bright anyway. If you're in something actually difficult like engineering, then you are going to "cheat" at least once in your college career. Whether it's copying a homework, using a solution manual, or what have you. Banging the TA or Professor? Or both? What ever you gotta do man, it's a dog eat dog world out there.

  7. She was probably inspired by Melissa Lincoln/Midwest Pretty sure Melissa (or whoever runs that site) is basically her pimp and runs her site.
  8. How'd they know it was my birthday? What a great present!
  9. They better have it done on time. My dad just got a letter of notification the other day that he's the new owner of season tickets in the addition. Pretty sure they're nose bleeds, but it's better than nothing.
  10. Hmmm, makes me wonder why he didn't just back up then? Which is why it's only some what in his defense. The air intake could be mounted low enough that it flooded the engine, which would really suck...
  11. I'm pretty sure there's a light there too, with a sign next to it that reads "road impassable when flashing" that's for just such an occasion? It really is a pos road, it needed resurfacing 2 years ago. Cornhusker around the 14th street overpass is another terrible spot for flash flooding. I remember going to work at 4am in a storm and I basically had half a lane of road to drive on in the dark.
  12. The Dude's got it. Over about a 9 month period I've dropped 30lbs of fat and toned up/added some muscle by basically dropping my caloric intake by 500 calories and lifting (should be better but I basically took a break over winter). I do cardio 2-3 times a week if I'm lucky and don't have a busy schedule. It's usually 2 or less though. I do eat a lot healthier but really I can still eat some junk every now and then and be fine. No matter what the commercials may say diet is the biggest part of losing weight. I tried a month or two of not checking my diet with no results and as soon as I kept tabs again I was back to dropping weight. If you have a smart phone find an app that will let you track what you eat. I use one called calorie counter by fat secret. Sounds girly.. but it lets me track my intake and weight, gives me how much fat/protein/carbs/calories I've eaten, tells me what my ideal caloric intake should be, and even has recipes. It also stores most of the data so you can go back and review it. You can always use paper and pen if you want as well, that's how I started out. If you want to get started just eat normally for a week or two so you get some good data to go off of, and then subtract 300-500 calories off what you averaged. It's really that simple to get going.
  13. Some what in his defense, it does get about 2 or more feet deeper towards the bridge.
  14. Me thinks it's a concourse area for the club seats, and maybe some other suites. Don't they have something like that on the West side? I've never been fortunate enough to go up there.
  15. The hose and water must be available to all comrades!
  16. Tornado Warning for Northwestern Lancaster and Eastern Seward counties. Canceled Tornado Watch extended to 2am. Stay alert tonight everybody.
  17. Looks like Lincoln's about to get some, I can here it rumbling now. Nothing severe at this point though.
  18. Tornado Watch for Lincoln until 11pm now.
  19. You never know. Bo's given a few guys a second chance when they screwed up in their younger days. I would think he would definitely sit out a couple games at minimum though. Will he get thrown on the sex offender list if found guilty? That might cause Bo to not keep him around. No, I believe you need 3 indecent exposure charges before you can be placed on the sex offender list. Something like that, I know if you get caught urinating in public 3 times you get placed on the list (not from personal experience). Which is pretty messed up, but that's a whole other thread.
  20. All I can say is that, having sat in the lower section of the upper most endzone seating at Kyle Field, it's WAY up there. The new edition to Memorial should be pretty close to what it's like, but I couldn't find anything about the actual height of Kyle with a quick google. Kyle needs an elevators though, it seems like you have to walk in circles for 10 minutes just to get to the upper deck. I'm with Landlord, I've always liked the look of Ohio Stadium. Never been there though.
  21. Doubt it. Summer hits and it'll probably be prime kindling again. I feel like the greater Denver area has had wild fire issues the last 5 or more years.
