Lyons, short answer yes. The NCAA has said nothing about current drug procedures will change. Marijuana is still illegal at the federal level, and since most universities recieve federal grants, marijuana will still be illegal on campuses
In that way I think it could end up hurting those schools. The temptation is right there for players, and they are almost gonna put on a pedestal compared to regular students who will not be tested, imo
