Finally.

The I-formation old-school power/option stuff doesn't need to be the entire offense, but having it be a part of Frost's overall offensive scheme is a very welcome move.

You can blend what we used to do in the 90's with what Frost did at UCF, and quite frankly this offense has badly needed a downhill running element.

Mix in some play action passes plus counter plays off of it and we could get the OL firing off the ball knocking people on their a$$ while making some decent rushing yards.  Nice change-up and good capability to have when needing short yardage.

Listening to Severe and Benning this am. Severe said he saw Mills, a grad assistant, and someone else who's name I missed, putting in an option play before the game- as in immediately before the game during warm-up I assume.  It's one way to slow down a fast defense.
