    If there is no season is there any chance that the Railyard in Lincoln survives?  I have heard the lease rates there are crazy high and with no home games, will there even be a railyard?

      Not really - Barry's is about as far as college students will get from campus. Railyard is definitely "young professional", 25+, while the college kids stay on O St/Barry's.

      Maryland had that guy die of heat stroke. It is an inherent risk in all workouts of any type, especially for those who are obese. 

       

      Should we cancel college football because athletes run the risk of heat stroke?

      I still don't get how "schools can't work out a deal" to bring an NCAA football game, but they CAN do this... Why aren't the players at these 10 schools demanding money? It's the same thing. 

       

      If I wanted to, I could play a full season as Nebraska, quit and start over, repeat. :D

    Who is the last 2020 scholarship for? Per this article, there's one scholarship left (and it cites Nadab Joseph as a target), but it seems to imply that Spielman's scholarship would be open as well.

     

    Who would that be for? A current walk-on given a final-year scholarship for his hard work? A recruit?

      No one else we'd take in 2020, although Nadab Joseph came out of left field too. I'd assume we use it either for a senior walk-on, or depending on how crazy the coaches want to get it, on a younger walk-on who is deserving (think Reimers).

      @ZRod where do you live at, if you don't mind me asking? At least in Lincoln/Omaha, I haven't heard anything about antibody tests being available. Would take one in a heartbeat if offered...

      Had something similar after traveling internationally in late January (in Europe). Doctor in Lincoln told me "coronavirus is a China thing, don't worry".  Lolz

       

      Coworker's father-in-law died from COVID last week, but didn't know them personally.

    Interesting tidbit on the roster from the LJS, 93.4% of the returning players will have used their redshirts.  Frost is definitely trying to get the roster to mature, while also still be "young" eligibility-wise.
