@ZRod I agree. The lack of accountability and discipline is a major concern and that falls entirely on Frost. I get needing to develope those attributes in the players and having them be the frontline for enforcement but until we are there this is 100% a failure of the staff. If I were the coach, we would have at least one less player named Cam on the team by tomorrow and I would never ever mention again how he has all the tools to be a great player here. Frost needs to start kicking some asses and holding people accountable or he’s going to find himself as the richest coach at a mid major program within 1 to 2 years. Not much of a threat huh  Thankfully I think getting this thing turned around might be more important to him than just the paycheck.

I remember the 89 page Scott Frost thread. We said 5 years. I don’t care what anyone says he inherited a train wreck program. He has had to rebuild it from the ground up. After this year all of Riley’s boys will be gone. We will miss some of them but we have some guys coming up next year that can really turn things around. 
I do agree that lack of discipline is key but it was exciting to watch our defense play especially first half. Some of those hits reminded me of old Nebraska. 
 I can wait. Firing Scott now would be a mistake. 

@knapplc what's it matter if they're Freshmen. We're losing either way. Guys need to improve or ride the bench from here on out. Doesn't matter what position they play. I think it helped Martinez.

@JJ Husker Cam should be playing on the line, he's good,  just not at center. Shotgun snaps are not that hard. My dad taught when I was little (I know it's the intent, but I was and still am good at it).It's muscle memory. But your first priority is the snap then worry about making the block. You rep the snap and first step over, and over, and over, and over again.
