Huskerfanforlive
On 1620 today, they also mentioned that Randy Jordan could be headed back to UNC to coach because that is where he played. I certainly do not want to loss any coach's because I feel that we are starting to get better. Quote Link to comment
CENTEXHUSKER
Butch Davis was just hired as their HC. Quote Link to comment
DaveH
I guess anythings possible, but I would be surprised to see anyone leave. When you got coaches in demand, their names will be floated constantly when positions open. Something to get used to. Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
I really don't want any of the offensive guys to leave, because our O is getting so much better, and I like that everyone is comfortable, since they have been with these guys for a while. Hopefully he doesn't leave. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
It would be a shame if Jordan does leave. I'm sure the coaches keep a running list of possible replacements. I wonder if Tom Rathman is still interested in coming back to NU. Quote Link to comment

Not for certain but I would imagine Sanders would be looking for a defensive coordinator position. Quote Link to comment
Touchdown Tommie
I hope he doesn't...he has a pretty damn good thing going here with the RB's we have. He would be an idiot to leave here. Quote Link to comment
Spartness
The more successful we become, the more opportunities these coaches will have. I doubt Callahan will be able to keep almost everyone like Osborne did. We have a number of assistants who want to be HCs. If Callahan turns things around here, you have to expect we will lose some of these coaches. Quote Link to comment

He was a great catch. Quote Link to comment
huskernumerouno
Our future looks very bright as does the assistant coaches future. They will do what is best for them in the end and we can only wish them the best and hope that BC can have the luck that TO had for keeping a staff together. Quote Link to comment
strigori
It is a good thing when teams steal coachs, especially when coachs move up to head jobs. Head coachs come off the staff of successfull programs that others want to model thier programs after. While I hope we keep the guys we have for a bit longer, as we win more, especialy campionships, our staff will get pilfered, but at the same time, it should beable to draw high quality replacements in.
