Hawkeyehusker
This is bad news for Wilson. Hopefully he'll be fine for the start of the season. This certainly may turn in to an opportunity for Mendoza, although I kinda figured he would be redshirting. Quote Link to comment
NU fan in Denver
***SNIP*** ...everyone knows that muscle weighs more than fat does. ***SNIP*** That's right - a pound of muscle weighs more than a pound of fat. Wait... What? Perchance, you meant that the same volume of muscle weighs more than the same volume of fat???? I was thinking the same thing, but seriously, I think muscle weighs about 5 times more than fat, someone correct me if i am wrong. Quote Link to comment

rawhide
Staph, VRE, MRSA all bad things that can happen to anyone but more frequently in the elderly or very young with compromised immune systems. Quote Link to comment
huskerhaze
If he has lost "considerable weight" then this must be more serious than what was first thought. I am no doctor (But I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night) but a big drop in weight has to be something pretty serious. Fixed it for you. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Poor guy. Most importantly I hope he recovers and can live a healthy life. Get well Kenny!! Quote Link to comment
indianahusker
I'm guessing a staph infection. Those suck, and are tough to get rid of. Football notwithstanding, I hope his schoolwork doesn't suffer too much. It is tough to catch up after missing that much school. Hope they figure it out, and he gets on with his life, football or not! Quote Link to comment
