huskerfan500
Player: Brandon Magee Hometown: Corona, CA Position: LB Height: 6’0'' Weight: 218 40 time: 4.44 Visit Date: Scholarships offered: Nebraska, San Diego St, Louisville, Idaho St, Arizona, Arizona St, Washington St, Tennessee Favorites: Rankings/Stars: Rivals: #17 OLB Bid Red Report: scout- #15 WLB Assessing the talent: http://nebraska.scout.com/a.z?s=204&p=...amp;nid=2998471 Magee may be better suited for safety in college, and he has the speed to play there, but he's a punishing hitter, who's agressive and mean. An excellent athlete, he's also a highly touted baseball player. Odds of Becoming a Cornhusker: 15% I like Nu's chance because they have good baseball and football programs Quote Link to comment
Ohio Pete
If he keeps waiting for an Auburn Schoolie, he might just lose his one decent offer. Quote Link to comment
chamrocck
Latest video: http://www.rivals.com/video.asp?sid=1014&a...mp;vidid=115147 He has picked up an offer from Tennessee and remains interested in NU. Let's take a look at this kid! Quote Link to comment
chamrocck
I'd like us to get Magee to replace some of our lost LB recruits. Anyone know anything more about him? He seems wide open and likes us. I think his aggressiveness could work well with Bo's defense. Here's his bio from Scout...a potential NU baseball player also! Magee may be better suited for safety in college, and he has the speed to play there, but he's a punishing hitter, who's aggressive and mean. An excellent athlete, he's also a highly touted baseball player. Quote Link to comment
ironmike
in the video it looked like he exploded to the ball well, and fought off blocks with some tenacity. His tackling could use a little work, but his athleticism looked promising. He would be a great get to replace the guys who have been decommitting. Quote Link to comment

Hunter94
speed and size.......i can't believe more teams aren't after him......he would make a killer safey. Quote Link to comment
robsker
speed and size.......i can't believe more teams aren't after him......he would make a killer safey. Great measureables on this young man. Whether LB or safety, well.... it matters not, we are short on speed at both positions and ample chance to immediately contribute exists at either position. So, Brandon --- if you are reading this then by all means join the Husker family --- no one loves football like the Husker fans and you will love the Husker nation. Quote Link to comment

Blackshirtsguru
Rivals has a teaser about him...does anyone know if there are any new news? He was down in Australia playing on a all star baseball team. He hasn't really spoken to many coaches since he has been back. He is setting up a visit with Arizona in the near future. He noted that Nebraska did call for him while he was away and wishes to make a trip up to Nebraska to see the campus. That's about it. There are a lot of great schools recruiting him. He wants to play baseball too, so he is looking for a good Football AND Baseball program. That's pretty much it in a nutshell. Quote Link to comment
