ttheKid1*18
On Major's facebook he says he's going back to defense. No official announcement though. Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
wow! about time, coz is a genius! Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
It's certainly where he's needed. He had fallen to fifth on the depth chart at I back. Hopefully he can get up to speed quickly with the D and show them how its done. Judging from Missouri last year it shouldn't take him long. Quote Link to comment

Washusker
Poor kid's being moved around too much - it's hurting his development. That said, I LOVE the idea of moving him back to defense. Turn him into a small Will backer or a safety and let him kill some people. Quote Link to comment

Foppa
Is he needed on D? Probably, especially with the injuries. That said, I wish he would've got a better look on offense. Pretty hard though when you're either getting blown out and still trying to catch up, or have nail-biters every week. Quote Link to comment
EbylHusker
It's been made official now, hasn't it? Quote Link to comment
nepolo7
about time. He should never have been on offense too many running backs. Quote Link to comment
billdozer15
I figured this would happen at the begining of conference play. They needed him on the offensive side for non-conference to make sure we had some depth while the freshmen picked up the offense. Now that we have a couple freshmen that have gotten their feet wet Culbert can go back to contributing at his proper position. Quote Link to comment
I See Red People
Here's to his return to defense! Quote Link to comment
Foppa
With this, makes me wonder about the extent of Bowman's injury...anyone know if he's practicing this week? Quote Link to comment
Redman
He should have never beeen moved to offense. LB please...... Quote Link to comment
2nd to Nunn
So, do you think that was Helu's "audition" so to speak this past weekend? FINALLY Major is back on defense. I would love to see him at the WILL linebacker, but safety is where he will be. On Unsportsmanlike Conduct they said that McKeon is going to be playing some back-up WILL now that Dillard is finally getting some time. Quote Link to comment
westgatehusker
yes, this is good news. I just hope he can stay here for good, or at least they'll switch him to linebacker sometime before next season. either way, good news. Quote Link to comment
