BIGREDIOWAN
Oh man you guys have one good season and you act like your a perennial powerhouse. You've always had a good basketball team, but football well that's another story. Your right you had a good season last year, but what about all those years before that? Quote Link to comment

jkstlrnu1
Is it really true that if Mangino gets the Gastric Bypass surgery that it'll open up room for another assistant on the sideline next year? Quote Link to comment

Cy the Cyclone
And if we're going to talk about winning against hard competition...let's look at some of the elite teams Kansas has played in basketball this year shall we? Pittsburg State Fort Hays State UL-Monroe UMKC Washburn Northern Arizona Florida Atlantic Eastern Washington Ohio Miami of Ohio Yale Loyola (Md) Why don't they play some quality opponents sometime like Drake or Creighton or somebody? HANC
Unfortunately Cy, you can add the "mighty" Nebraska basketball team to that list of "impressive" opponents... My response to the intial post is..........wow, another school who isn't sure on "how to win" (see CU and KSU).... Congrats on the Orange Bowl and the season, but let's check back in 10 years and see what kind of longevity the program can hold. Not saying it won't, but before we get all "how about them oranges", let's do something worth talkin' about. Quote Link to comment

T_O_Bull
So what? Football - One good year in a row. Basketball - Just say Duke, North Carolina, Memphis. Speak up when you've done something for a couple of years in a row. >>>T_O_B Quote Link to comment
