HuskerfaninOkieland
LJS Nebraska and Fox Sports Network announced Friday that the Huskers’ first three football games of the 2008 season will be telecast via pay-per-view on participating cable systems and nationwide to satellite dish customers. The games included in the announcement are home games against Western Michigan on Aug. 30, San Jose State on Sept. 6 and New Mexico State on Sept. 13 Quote Link to comment
junior4949
Of the 3, which one will be of the best value? I think I'll watch the Western Michigan one and just listen to the other two on the radio. Quote Link to comment
dustinl15
I just moved to Omaha a couple of months ago. I am assuming that the Ice House bar will have the game on, but I wasn't sure. Do they usually show Pay-Per-View games? GBR Quote Link to comment

BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
We'll get at least one and will have to convince family and/or friends to pick up the others. I foresee football parties in my future. Quote Link to comment
Husker_x
Is there any type of coverage map for which cable systems will be offering this as an option? I don't live in Nebraska, but close, so perhaps I'll get lucky. Quote Link to comment
real'97champs
Looks like I'm going to be spending a lot of time at Buffalo Wild Wings in the near future. Quote Link to comment
Shadow_Husker
the season opener is set for 6p.m and the second game is set for 11:30 a.m. Quote Link to comment
Husker_x
Oh, another question. If you were to sign up for a subscription to Huskers.com Huskers Nside package, would the games be available for streaming over the internet? That might not be a bad option at $9.95/month. Quote Link to comment
HuskerMan
Looks like an expensive first three weeks. I plan on getting one and will probably go to the bar to keep cost down on the other two. Quote Link to comment
General Blackshirt
Even though I'll have to pay, at least i can see them now. This is great news Quote Link to comment

admo
That's fantastic I remember listening to ISU & the A&M game last year. It just isnt the same compared to watching. Especially with the new makeover, I'm anxious to see what happens those first three games as appose to hear about it. Quote Link to comment
MUTigerFan
If you all get the pay per view, you'll miss the Mizzou IllAnnoy game! Quote Link to comment
