Ohio Pete
however my personal favorite was Calvin Jones. Amazing back. Too bad he let drugs ruin his life. Link to comment
hskrpwr13
Had to go with Rozier. Perfect blend of speed and power. Yep. Somewhat surprised that Craig's pro career didn't land him on this list. Link to comment
Pedro Guerrero
Somewhat surprised that Craig's pro career didn't land him on this list. He was on my original list, which was a lot longer but then I figured I had to cut it down a bit so I just went with the All Americans plus Larry and Ahman. There have been so many quality backs that I figured that was the best way to do it. I probably could have just had it look like this by the looks of the voting so far: Rozier Phillips Green Other Link to comment
HuskerRob
Phillips was the best IB in Husker history. Link to comment
REDSTEEL
Phillips was the best IB in Husker history. IMO he would have been a 2000 yard runner and would have won the Heisman if all the other stuff never came up. He isn't my favorite Nebraska runningback, but he was the best. Link to comment
HuskerTrucker
I voted for Jeff Kinney...old school. Ahman Green would have gotten my vote after Kinney. Not only for his play at Nebraska, but for what he did at the NFL level. Link to comment
huskerfan500
Is eric crouch out of the question? jk sort of. I voted Ahman Green Link to comment
gobigredkent
Voted for Rozier. Close second was A.Green. The best IB at NU was LP but I could not get myself to vote for such a waste of talent. Link to comment
masshuskerfan
im on the mike rozier bandwagon . he was a great running back Link to comment
dman22
I was a little young to fully understand the talent of LP, but just a quick glimpse at some of the youtube clips is just jaw dropping. If he hadn't been such a tard and had all of his issues, he may have ended up being not only the best RB in Husker History, but in CFB history period. I can't think of a single running back in recent years that could pull off the things he could. Link to comment

Back In Black
LP with out a doubt, if he got the ball 300 times a year, hed have like 2500 yards a year Link to comment
Apathy
I voted for Thunder Collins No I voted for Ahman Green just because I grew up watching this guy blow people up. I can't vote for Rozier because I've only seen one game with Rozier in it......the 84' Miami game ugh. I've met Rozier in person and he is one of thee nicest guys I've ever met that was a ex-husker. He BS all the way in the Menards store with my Dad. Nice guy 1. Ahman Green 1. Mike Rozier 3. Lawerence Phillips 4. Calvin Jones Link to comment
