Dhuskers
http://basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/vie...357&sport=2 One recruit I really hope we get, its a rarity to get someone of his size in Nebraska and we need to get him to Lincoln and keep him away from Creighton and the other D1 schools starting to see him. dbetz23
I saw him play at the state tourny. I wasn't too impressed. If you take away his height, he has nothing. He didn't seem too aggressive and needs to gain a lot of pounds. Granted he is still young and could develop into a good player. Quote Link to comment
Dhuskers
he still has plenty of time to develop though especially considering he probably hasn't seen much competition yet. Quote Link to comment
T-BONE
He kinda got pushed around last year in the final game last year against St. Cecilia Quote Link to comment
huskerfan500
when i have seen him, he has been overrated. i also know he was concerned about playing against good competition in AAU, so much so he almost didnt play Quote Link to comment

Danny Bateman
Committed to Minnesota per both recruiting sights. Disappointing to let a home state prospect get away but Doc knows what he's doing I'm sure. Quote Link to comment
Red Storm Brewing
The kid may pan out in college and I wish him the best, but I'm originally from the Panhandle and the kid has no competition. He still needs to put on a TON of weight to be an effective big man in the Little 11. His height is his strength and out west you struggle to find a lot of kids taller than 6' 4" or 6'5". Chadron does schedule bigger schools but Elliot sees no one his size. Have ya'll watched a Texas bball game the last two years? Have you seen Matt Hill? Yeah chillin on the end of the bench, which is probably be where one will see Elliot the next couple of years. Like I said I'd love to see him succeed but me thinks that is gonna be a tall (no pun intended) order. Quote Link to comment
c-flush
Agreed. I always love to see a Nebraska kid play for the Huskers and would have liked to get this commit for that reason. But, In watching EE play the last 2 years at the state basketball tournament, I've questioned how well he would do against the taller and more physical players he would face in the Big 12. Good luck in the Big 10, Elliot! Quote Link to comment
T-BONE
He is going to get his lunch ate if he plays like he did in the C1 Championship last year!!! Quote Link to comment
