Touchdown Tommie
Would you rather he get some experience and be ready for next year or just sit on the side line and WASTE his and the coaches' time? I know I would rather he get experience...garbage time or not. Quote Link to comment

Husker Richard
Let's just hope Green doesn't transfer. uh, to where? he's clearly going to have the reins to this program for the next 3 years, barring a miracle rest of the season from Zac Lee. why would he leave? Quote Link to comment
zoogs
Why is that so clear? It's equally possible Green doesn't develop his passing, Lee starts next year, and when Green's time comes around as a junior, people start calling for RFr Tyler Gabbert whenever he struggles. That said, it's as good a situation as he'll find. I doubt he transfers. Quote Link to comment
Husker Richard
its clear to me, because they keep saying he isn't ready. so give him the rest of the season and the off-season and he should be ready to go. if not and he can't beat out Zac Lee as the starter next year, then i could care less if he transfers because if he's worse than Zac Lee at that point........ RedGixxer
Is Cody Green going to waste a year of eligibility? If Green isn't close to being ready to start, as the coaches have said, then why was his redshirt burned? http://www.omaha.com/article/20091026/SPORTS/710269857 Why don't they just play everybody and burn all the redshirts? I mean everybody. That would give them experience for next year since this year is already pretty much down the drain... Quote Link to comment
Malth
Create two divisions, the Oklahoma Division and the Texas Division. Who cares about geography? Let the two dominant programs in the Big 12 pick their divisions, as if they were captains taking turns picking schoolyard teammates. Keep the few rivalries that mean anything. And if Texas and OU meet every year in the title game, who cares? Isn't that the game we want to see again anyway? This guy is seriously an idiot. Quote Link to comment
