missouri_husker24
The title of the thread says it. How many wins and against whom? What bowl? All of them hands down. We would have had a team with a 10th ranked offense and a what, 3rd ranked defense? We would be playing 'Bama right now in that case. Quote Link to comment
Enhance
We go at the very least 12-1 with that combination. And as far as the Texas Tech game goes, who knows? Most of the reason Nebraska lost was because of ineptness on offense (i.e. the Niles Paul backward pass returned for a touchdown). Either way, you're looking at the very least a 12-1 team on their way to a BCS bowl. Plus, if the season plays out differently for Nebraska, who knows what it changes against other schools? Maybe Nebraska gets a shot at a National Title? Quote Link to comment
NoKoolAidForME
People often like to do these types of what if but it can also be argued that our defensive might not have had the same attitude they had all season long. regardless to if they said it or not those players knew that they had to win the game on their side of the ball and the chances were low that the offense would help at all. Also the offense of last year had to score becuase our defense couldn't stop anyone. Both teams played a little different based on the burdens that was placed on them overall. Quote Link to comment

Count 'Bility
How many games if Nebraska never went to the west coast offense and kept Solich. That's alos a good question. It all depends on if he wouldve gotten the recruiting issues handled. The new facilities were gonna happen anyway. But with Solich sticking around bla bla bla bla Quote Link to comment
