REDSTEEL
Since I have been seeing some articles on some moments of the past decade, thought it would interesting to see who my Husker faithful would put on their All-Decade Team of the 2000's. Crouch would have to be the QB since the other QB's this decade have been slim pickens. (Probably upset some of the Ganz is God people.) QB - Crouch RB - Roy Helu Jr WR - Swift WR - Purify TE - Wistrom OL - Volk OL - Fonoti OL - Raiola OL - Hochstein OL - Incognito PK - Josh Brown PR - Bobby Newcombe DE - Carriker DT - Suh DT - Slechta RE - Vander Bosch DE - Kelsey LB - Williams LB - Ruud LB - Polk DB - Craver DB - J. Bullocks DB - D. Bullocks DB - Groce S - Matt O'Hanlon P - Koch Quote Link to comment

Enhance
I don't know if you guys remember him or not, but I really liked Ndamukong Suh. Maybe he should make the list? ... Oh yeah, For quarterback I think Crouch would be the guy. Nate Swift as one of the receivers. I liked Cory Ross quite a bit so he would be a nice running back. Definitely give me a little bit of Adam Carriker at the d-end spot. Richie Incognito on the o-line. Other than those, I'll have to think about it. Quote Link to comment

QB- Crouch RB- Ross RB- Bjax WR- Swift WR- Purify TE- Herian (Pre-Injury) OT- Carl Nicks OG- Slauson C-Raiola OG- Fonoti OT- Hochstein Give me the 2009 defense, it was the best we've ever had. This defense was on the field almost 20 more plays per game than any other great Husker defense. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
I also think Kyle Vandenbosch at least needs an honorable mention, along with Zac Taylor. Quote Link to comment
predictionking
I also think Kyle Vandenbosch at least needs an honorable mention, along with Zac Taylor. Was Vandenbosch a senior in 2000? If so, then that's a no brainer. Move Carriker inside with Suh, and watch Kelsey and Vandenbosch rush the passer. God, a lot of NFL teams could win right now with that rotation. Quote Link to comment

Pedro Guerrero
LB - Williams LB - Ruud LB - Polk Wow, this is fun, but honestly any poster leaving Stewart Bradley off their list has failed. I suppose you could include Stu Bradley if you broke it down by OLB, MLB, OLB. I just went with the 3 Best LB's to play at NU in the last decade. It just so happens that two of them were both MLB's. suh_fan93
QB Joe Ganz Over a Heisman winner and a Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year? Interesting. Yep. Definitely was not as big a Crouch fan as many were. The only way I'd want him under center is if we ran the wildcat a few plays. Quote Link to comment

In an option attack there are not many I would take over Crouch. Quote Link to comment
suh_fan93
I definitely wouldn't be running the option. Quote Link to comment
