Looks like our choices are going to be:

Mustangs

Spirit

Navigators

Stags

 

Write ins will be allowed, so we really need to band together to get a good write-in. The other choices are just too generic. (and we don't need a 2nd Mustang team in town)

 

If we organize ourselves and all put the same write-in we might have a chance to get it noticed. Those choices are terrible. In addition to the members on HB already, there are a good number of people that read this board who aren't members who might do the same write-in too. We are going to have to use our super Husker powers of online voting to get this done.

 

So, who's going to set up the poll?

I already wrote in Outlaws. From what I understood of the Sacramento team naming, everyone thought it would be something completely different and the UFL surprised them all with Mountain Lions. I wouldn't be surprised if it's none of the choices they offered and something out of the blue.
