After a good game that the defense shut down a "great" QB and offense. But before a potential heartbreak game (no matter how well they play, people will expect more). The Blackshirts given mean that the defense will make certain that the Jackrabbits do NOT make them feel like a subpar team. This way, the Blackshirts are fired up and destroy SDSU and feel they are deserved, and take that feeling into the Kansas State game. I feared if they were given the week before Big12 play, the D would feel they have arrived and possibly be over confident going into the big games. This way, the "entitlement" is gone after a "cupcake" game, and it's time to get back to business. Defense: You now are BLACKSHIRTS, do NOT let them leave your locker!!!!!!!!! Quote Link to comment
