Facebook said that they were going to claim copyright over material uploaded there and the threats of suit made them change their minds pretty quickly. I'm not a tightwad about it or anything, and I don't really care all that much, I just like my work to be recognized as my own. But, again, it's not like these are exactly my most "artistic" works by any means and I don't have any expectation that if people actually like any of these shots that they won't do whatever they want with them... heck, I'd just be flattered that people like them! To answer your question, when you upload a picture and "attach" the file, there should be an option to include the picture into your post. On the far right you'll see "Add to Post".
