FLU
Rumor here in Baton Rouge is that Gary Crowton may be leaving at the end of this season, since his contract is up, and also since Les Miles might be leaving. Wonder if they'd be interested in replacing Watson with Crowton? Quote Link to comment
Karawithasmile
Sean Watson is not going anywhere. Quote Link to comment

Wonder if they'd be interested in replacing Watson with Crowton? LSU has done less than us on offense with way more weapons at his disposal. I don't think he's a candidate unless Bo really wanted him Quote Link to comment
The Dude
The offense was quite formidable this year until Taylor was hurt. Do you mean the offense that put up 17 against South Dakota State or the offense that put up 13 against a 7 loss Texas team this year? Actually the offense put up 6 against a 7 loss Texas team this year. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
The whole team crapped the bed against SDSU, which was a bad game for our young QB (6/14, 2 picks). It was a scrimmage and treated as such by players and coaches alike. Don't know why that one letdown continues to be used as evidence against a body of work. Taylor was going to have a couple bad days at the office this year regardless, and while the coaches' approach is not excusable, it was the entire staff. And we all know what happened against Texas with our receivers. Quote Link to comment

Wonder if they'd be interested in replacing Watson with Crowton? Why would replacing Watson with a guy whose offense is 93rd in the nation in Total offense and 50th in the nation in scoring offense even seem like a good idea? LSU – 332.58 YPG & 28.75 PPG (38 TDs) NU – 424.33 YPG & 33.75 PPG (51 TDs) Quote Link to comment
EZ-E
Watson should be fired after that poor performance against Okie State, the Texas game where his senior WR stepped up and make HUGE plays in HUGE times and Watson STILL could not win it. Against Mizzou, where to begin? ISU, 24 points in regulation is not at all enough to win the game with the defensive product we are currently putting out on the field. Watson has had a sh**ty year. We should never be happy with anything he does. When we win it is no thanks to him, when we lose, it is completely and fully 100% his fault. 1 Quote Link to comment
husker_99
I think Bo will fire Watson cause he will look at the schedule and already know who we will definitely lose to next year. Quote Link to comment
