haymarket
Fun fact: Groza winner Dan Bailey has missed as many XP's in this game, as Alex Henery has in his career. Quote Link to comment
papersun87
If anyone has a picture of Alex Henery facepalming that they have been saving for a special occasion, this is it. Quote Link to comment
Husker Richard
Is Henery not winning the Groza award (not to mention that he wasn't even a finalist) the worst snub in the history of CFB awards? I'd say yes. He has the chance to go down as arguably the best kicker in the history of CFB, yet he's not recognized as the best kicker in the nation at the time. Quote Link to comment
irafreak
This is still the biggest travesty of the season. Forget the 17 point lead in the CCG and losing to a 5-7 Texas squad... 3 Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
How can one contact the Groze board of trustees/selection committee/retard club etc and get their answer. There has to be a reasonable explanation as to why he at least was not even a finalists. After looking at the stats of the finalists i figured out that 2 of them have missed more fgs and extra points this year than Henery has in his whole 4 year career. Quote Link to comment

I don't think there is many photos of Alex herery facepalming on the account he doesn't miss FG very often. Quote Link to comment

ADS
I Hope to god, if we have a solid lead and our offense stalls right on the 50 yard line Bo sends Alex out to try a 67 yard field goal. 1 Quote Link to comment

That would make my night aspeedlin. In light of the following, however, what do you say we make it a 68 yarder? •The longest field goal ever kicked is 67 yards, done by three players — Steve Little of Arkansas, Russell Erxleben of Texas, and Joe Williams of Wichita St. Sorta Interesting Stat Link From 2007 1 Quote Link to comment
