Axl_sued_me
Anybody know anything about this? Probably to replace Mike Eckler. Quote Link to comment
zoogs
I haven't seen this actually reported, a link would be helpful. Quote Link to comment
NUance
What? If he's coming to NU, well, that's pretty funny indeed. Ekeler just hired him at Indiana a month ago. My link Quote Link to comment
HSKRNOKC
Have seen nothing official. Would be a weird scenario to back out and take a different contract at this point. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
1620 will be talking about this soon Quote Link to comment
tmfr15
Sanders should work with both DBs and LBs and just get some assistance in that task from the new guy. Quote Link to comment

My link Funny, I was looking up his background and just found the same thing. All along I thought this was 'rumor of an Indiana assistant coming here.' It's more like a Utah State assistant. I think that is where he coached this past season. I think it's more accurate to say Wilson hired him though, but he was recommended by Ek and Bo. http://iuhoosiers.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/raymond_corey00.html Quote Link to comment

huskerj12
Unsportsmanlike Conduct just reported it on their Facebook page Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
I think it is deeper than LB coach Quote Link to comment

Mind if I update your first post with a link? I tracked it down. Twitter post by Dustin Dopirak, who covers Indiana football and basketball for the Bloomington Herald-Times More news from Dustin: Brett Dierson, a football intern here currently, is headed to Indiana. zoogs
1620 reporting that in Kevin Wilson's press conference for NSD today at Indiana, Wilson announced that Corey Raymond has left for Nebraska. Looks like we have the first confirmed new member of this staff. They are talking about him now. Doesn't sound like he has a lot of experience at all. 1 Quote Link to comment

It was confirmed during the presser at Indiana Quote Link to comment
zoogs
This sounds like a media/PR mess for Bo. Someone didn't coordinate this well with Kevin Wilson. Announced and out there from the Indiana end, nothing on Nebraska's end, with the explicit stance of no talk about anything but recruits today. I want to see this presser from Kevin Wilson. Anyone want to track it down and link to it? 1620 is saying that Raymond will coach the secondary at Nebraska. Quote Link to comment
HuskerNMO
Kevin Wilson confirmed that Raymond will coach our entire secondary per Sean Callahan. Quote Link to comment
