knapplc
The biggest take-away I have from that game (again, aside from Roy's ridiculous game) is that fantastic goal-line stand right when Missouri was trying build momentum again. Ciante Evans' stick on that play where Gabbert came around the end was legendary. Quote Link to comment
tschu
This game is proof that Barney Cotton is a great coach. 2 Quote Link to comment
NUance
Love re-watching 1:14 A LOT of awesome hightlights in that game. On both sides of the ball. Also, it answers the age old question of "Where's Waldo?" He's at the 3:05 mark. Quote Link to comment
FrankWheeler
Memorial Stadium was rocking in this game. I'm not sure if anybody sat down more than a handful of plays the whole game. My family likes to think this is because it was the first game we all attended together! Quote Link to comment

My family likes to think this is because it was the first game we all attended together! Unfortunately, this is the only Husker game I've ever attended at Memorial Stadium. Thankfully, it was a great one (sans TM injury). Who knew that injury, what seemed to me at the time was not that bad of a hit, would turn the fortune of the season, and perhaps even 2011. deedsker
Thinking about how many bad calls we had in that game makes you wonder all the more about that season in which we had the Aggie debacle. Quote Link to comment

4skers89
Helu running loose reminded me of watching teams from the '80s. Very good defensive performance. However, did anyone else think that Gabbert scrambled for a lot of yards? He was often sacked or stopped for short yardage but he had a couple of long runs and made some critical first downs. It was almost like a preview of '11. Maybe I'm just overcritical but I'd like to see improvement in this area. Quote Link to comment
