B.B. Hemingway
He was on the other end of Martinez's only incompletion.... 1 Quote Link to comment
Peoriahusker
He looks lost half the time he's in there. Quote Link to comment
Foppa
Reading the playbook on the sidelines? Quote Link to comment
B.B. Hemingway
After the incompletion to him, it looked like Coach Fish was getting on to him about something (wrong route maybe?).... Quote Link to comment
FriendlyLurker2007
didnt need him, hope he gets better whatever his deal is Quote Link to comment
Enhance
Martinez did well throwing the ball today - if all of our receivers are stepping up (which, for the most part, they did today) then Turner not playing isn't a big deal to me. 1 Quote Link to comment
Mavric
We ran the ball 59 times and threw it 14 times. With an offense like that, you need blockers. Unfortunately, this isn't Jamal's strong suit. I wouldn't read too much into it. He's been getting more of a look the last couple games and I'm sure he'll be back in there. Quote Link to comment
NUance
Jamal didn't get many touches this week. (Did he have any?) But he sure had a couple nice runs last week against a MUCH better defense. The guy is electric when he gets the ball. Quote Link to comment

HuskerThor
Jamal and Brion must be roommates. If you don't know your assignments, you don't get on the field. Quote Link to comment
The Red & White Knight
Maybe he just should be in the backfiled as a pass/throw option. He was a former QB once, right? Why not keep him as a back instead of a wideout? Forget routes if he doesn't want to do them, his talent should be used. Quote Link to comment

Can't learn the plays so let's put him in the backfield, because we don't have a qb who can throw or rb's that can run. Genius! Get this man a coaching job. You are so dumb. Quote Link to comment

A back who they can occasionally do passing plays off of. Even if it's just one or two plays, give him the chance to throw -- put the ball in his hand. Whatever it takes so he gets the ball. I don't like that he's being benched.......... I do like that we have SO much talent that it's not that big a deal. I just feel he ought to be utilized, whatever the case. I don't think he should necessarily be "another QB", but some sort of a running back or wing back, a pitch man, or getting the ball in space. "Touches". Quote Link to comment
