BigRedBuster
Watching the pac 12 championship game...there are no fans there. Why do top players way to go there again? Quote Link to comment
Marf
Education? Kind of an important aspect of college. Stanford's as good as it gets. Quote Link to comment
JPHUSKER89
Well if TV has taught me anything (it hasn't.) apparently kids care about the weather they play football in. That and....ya know the getting paid to play out there (Reggie Bush anyone?) Just kidding, but I know I wouldn't wanna work my butt off to get to the D-1 level and play in front of an empty stadium. Omaha-Husker
Stanford does not have elite athletes. Stanford has smart hard nosed players, goes to show you there is more to the game than recruiting rankings. Quote Link to comment

For example their offensive line haul last year strongly disagrees about elite talent Quote Link to comment
ZRod
I'm sure the same teams playing each other again in a week has something to do with the attendance as well. Quote Link to comment
308_Husker
I live just down the street from the stadium and have gone to a few of their games this year. The most I spent on a ticket was $25. It isn't a sport that's followed by a huge crowd out here. Quote Link to comment

They have a lot of future potential no doubt, but their o-line hasn't been exactly working UCLA tonight. Quote Link to comment
