Scratchtown
Haha! Unreal. Minnesota look really good today. 35 unanswered points by Minn, score 35-7. Iowa just fumbled with :19 to go in the first half. Minnesota can score and basically put this away already. Good grief. Quote Link to comment
LumberJackSker
Iowa might be the only team more bipolar than Nebraska Quote Link to comment
Branno
I'm watching this game thinking, they put up big enough numbers and some more 1 loss teams lose and they might be ranked when we play them. Quote Link to comment
Mavric
I mean .... Iowa hasn't exactly looked great this year. Lost to 2-6 Iowa State and Maryland. Their best win is .... 4-5 Pittsburgh???? Quote Link to comment

Minnesota_husker
My sister is a gopher alum and she got tickets.. so since the 'Skers were on bye i decided to go. My take from the game-- Gophs have a very solid defense against the run. There CB's got beat on 1-1 coverage and Iowa looked really bad. Hats off to the gophers, but Iowa looked awful and couldnt stop some simple plays. Quote Link to comment
Flood
As posted earlier, Iowa is an odd team from week to week. A box of chocolates if you will. I'd be incredibly wary of writing them off. If we win the next two, Iowa (regardless of their own results) will look at the Black Friday game as a chance to crash any dreams or hopes that are an option for Nebraska at that time. I expect them to come out tough. If we can convince them early that they have no chance, we will likely sweep the floor with them. But if we let them hang long into the 2nd quarter, it could get dicey. Quote Link to comment
