So its confirmed Bielema will not take the job. Hopefully, this was just a decoy to take the heat off Tressel

If you believe the Tressel sightings that have been reported, Tressel must have declined the job if it hasn't been announced yet. It is starting to look like we are up the creek without a paddle. Maybe Cotton can be an interim head coach for 2015 with an eye toward finding a replacement for 2016?

Who is Tressel?

He is the POTUS at Youngstown State University.

President of the United States at Youngstown State University?

Re: guy who owns the Learjet 31 mentioned earlier: Bill Kubly passed on a skybox back in 1999 because he they didn't want to pony up $2mil and because they liked watching games from the stands. He's also a Wisconsin grad.

"Bill and Myrna Kubly of Lincoln were approached by university officials, and friends sought them out to split the cost, but they passed. Bill Kubly is founder and president of Landscapes Unlimited, one of the top golf course construction firms in the country.

So why didn't they pony up?

”There were several reasons, quite frankly,” Myrna Kubly said. ”The cost was No. 1.”

The Kublys enjoy the excitement of watching the Huskers from the stands, she said. She felt ”closed in” whenever she sat in the press box.

And the skyboxes ”are so far up, you'd feel like (the game) was on television,” she said."

I think you are one of the most angry authors on this web site, and I have seen multiple people cuss in the few hours since I have looked at this. Watch your language and show respect or I will log off!

Interesting. So I think it's safe to assume he is a big-money donor, especially since that article is 15 years old and his business seems to have expanded rapidly in that time.
