We won't get him. Rome wasn't won in a day guys, we need a few seasons to build QB depth. We get O'Brien this year with a couple walk on pro style types behind him. We get a guy like Gebbia next year. Then we will have a few guys who can play Riley's offense.

I hate to say it, but unless Tommy can improve his mechanics drastically and stop relying on his strong arm to compensate, he's going to get beat out by mid year. He's just too mentally slow in his progressions and doesn't seem to be able to see the field.

Why not pull a Ohio State and move him to another position on the field like they did with Braxton. We know Tommy is a heck of an athlete.

Why not? Ohio State moved Miller because they had too many top-flight QBs, all with starting experience, on their roster. They didn't move Braxton because he threw 16 INTs and there was a walk-on and true freshman savior who hadn't played college football coming in.
