Changing my vote from 9 to 10 with the addition of Stevenson.

 

Now if we can add an elite edge rusher to replace Gregory, I'll go 11 regular season wins.

I figure 9 wins is probable, but won't be surprised if it is 10. Scoring points hasn't really been a problem, so any improvement by the defense will go a long way in improving the w/l record. And you have to be optimistic that there will be improvement in the defense.

Actually, 10 should be fairly obtainable if we have the expected upgrade in coaching and motivation (instead of demotivation)
