GOAT
Please give me some of whatever you are smoking. We will be lucky to even have a winning record in conference play this season. 2 Quote Link to comment
Husker67
It is a winnable division, but not by playing this type of defense and committing 12 penalties a game 1 Quote Link to comment
LumberJackSker
Maybe finishing 3rd or 4th in the West counts as a moral division title Quote Link to comment
alwayshusking
Wouldn't shock me. We've got problems but so does every team in the division. Quote Link to comment
KazLong
Try to be a realist. Â These years will be known as the red headed devil years. Â We still need to kill a goat on the 50 yard line to clear the Solich curse. Â Fire S.E. & M.R. 1 Quote Link to comment
Hedley Lamarr
Northwestern, surprise of the west up to this point. Always a tough game for us.  Minnesota 10-7 over Kent St, they lack any real offensive fire power  Illinois Stop being so negative we are going to take care of business  Wisconsin lose Clement and DPE will be back for us. I'm comfortable letting Stave try to beat us with his arm.  Purdue trash  Iowa have played the easiest schedule of the West. We aren't losing to Iowa. 2 Quote Link to comment
AlexHamilton10
Besides Lunt, can another QB on our schedule put up 300 yards? And by that, I mean: will Minnesota and Wisconsin be lazy and just hand the ball off the entire time? Quote Link to comment
Beez
Man I dont think so. We arent a tough team, which sucks. Wish he would have built a power run team. Quote Link to comment

They run the ball and chew the clock Quote Link to comment

If you aren't doing that, then your job should be questioned. Quote Link to comment
GOAT
I'd feel differently if we had shown progress through the first four games -- however, we have found ourselves in the same predicament every week and we continue to struggle -- we haven't learned from mistakes nor adjusted in any way. In my opinion that's a sign of poor coaching... or coaches who have no solutions to the problems we have. Bo pacified the fanbase for years with his coachspeak and the majority of the fanbase bought it until his same old excuses finally got old. Based on the first 4 games, looks like Riley will be following that same strategy. 1 Quote Link to comment
