Moiraine
There's no legit source. Also http://www.snopes.com/media/notnews/wendyschili.asp 1 Quote Link to comment
JJ Husker
Absolutely no way this is true. Acquiring and using horse or rat meat in the US on this scale would be cost prohibitive and logistically impossible. And if it did happen it would be plastered all over the major news networks not hidden in some obscure corner of the internet. Quote Link to comment
TAKODA
If that is fact, mods please delete off board or put in shed until there is evidence of fact or fiction! This made my stomach ache! Wife texted me this off a health food site where she gets recipies now and then. My apologies for making you iLL for a few moments. I know I was. Quote Link to comment

JJ Husker
If you want to feel better about Wendy's or Burger King or McDonald's, they have some of the highest standards in the industry for their ground beef requirements. What's in the meat is NOT what you have to worry about. Think 16 year old kids and disgruntled mid managers cutting corners with basic food safety protocols... Quote Link to comment
ZRod
What's the big deal with horse anyway? It's just another source of protein and it's eaten in a lot of different places already. If you've ever at Chinese you've probably had rat! Quote Link to comment
admo
I think Burger Street uses some kind of salty rat or other varmint. Not really of course, but it taste like a whole different kind of meat. And it's delicious. Quote Link to comment
