BIG ERN
Some teams are reaching out trying to snag Poly Swag from us. He technically isn't a coach but brings a lot of enthusiasm that the players gravitate towards. Also has done very well thus far in the strength and conditioning program.Nothing has been stated where he is looking into options, so no worries as of now. Hopefully he stays To be noted that he started with Riley at Oregon State and is being paid well here. Had two years at USC before joining Riley again here at Nebraska. 1 Quote Link to comment
BigRedBuster
AS long as we are paying him at the top level for his position, I have a hard time seeing how going somewhere else would be a step up for this type of position. We have all the facilities in the world along with our performance lab and good athletes to work with. Hope he stays. Quote Link to comment
NUance
Not sure whether looks count for anything, but THIS is what I want my strength coach to look like! That said, I'd hate to lose Philipp. I have the feeling that he has our guys in pretty good shape—based mostly on our 4th quarter performance this year. Quote Link to comment

Melby
This program needed some poly swag (humble, hard working, mentally and physically tough mofo's). If you have ever met a Poly, you would recognize how much they have in common with midwestern values. Work hard, stay humble, treat other with respect, family and community first. I was so happy he took the job at NU. I hope he finishes his career there. Alofa, uso! Quote Link to comment
Hedley Lamarr
He wont go anywhere. We have state of the art facilties and he gets to work with the man who invented strength and conditioning... 3 Quote Link to comment
