NUance
MSU secretly taped future opponent's practices ByGARRETT STEPIEN 24 hours ago A new lawsuit from a fired Michigan State assistant alleges, among other claims, that retired head coach Mark Dantonio's football program secretly taped practices of a future opponent in a different state before a game. Curtis Blackwell, a former Michigan State staffer, also accused Dantonio of firing him because he is black, according to a new lawsuit filed Tuesday in Wayne County (Mich.) Circuit Court. Looking for an unspecified monetary judgment, Blackwell is suing Dantonio for breach of contract and and violations of Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, a law established that prohibits against racial discrimination. LINK ============================================================ This lawsuit is gonna destroy Sparty football. It's like a foot infected with gangrene. It's not gonna get better for Sparty until they cut it off. 1 Quote Link to comment
