I'd add Minnesota to the teams struggling. I don't think the kid from UNI will help as much as some people think. Iowa will only be really good if they play a little defense. They will be able to score, but if they don't stop anyone... Quote Link to comment

I was just about to reply to him about that!! Rutgers is going to be a nasty team this year. They will beat the s#!t out of teams on defense. i would not put them in the top 4 in the Big Ten but they in the 5-7 range. Top 4 will be (in no order), MSU, Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin. Jordan Goodwin, 6-foot-3 senior guard, Saint Louis Loads of other players participating in the Golden Window Classic in the top 20 mid-major players per The Athletic. Should be a really good event. I didn't say they aren't good, I just don't see them as the 27th best team. I think they are pretty much the antithesis of Iowa - all world on defense but not much offense. They are going to have to shoot the ball better than last year to change my mind. I think they are an NCAA tournament team, but probably more of an 9-10 seed not a 6-7 seed that being the 27th best team would imply. Obviously we will know more as the season plays out. Mavric
According to Kenpom, the Huskers will lose the remaining 21 games. In fact, we don't have more than a 31% chance to win any of them. Quote Link to comment

I think we can compete with: Michigan Purdue Indiana Maryland Minnesota I think we can beat: Penn State Northwestern I think we lose but play competitively Wisconsin Rutgers Ohio State I think we get out matched: Michigan State Illinois Iowa 1 Quote Link to comment
