If you had read the whole article you would realize the bill would have pushed the funding for polling places to the county level. There should be equal funding across the board in a state for polling locations. Additionally, states choose the # of polling places. There was a huge media story of long lines ON THE FIRST DAY OF EARLY VOTING. Those same precincts had ZERO lines in subsequent voting days. 2 Link to comment
