I think Rhule's statement about what it was going to take earlier in the week was a strategy play. I wonder when these will start having performance incentives in them. Something like, your base pay is $500,000. You get the rest if you start, completion percentage over %65, better than 2-1 TD/INT ratio, less than 7 fumbles, team wins 9+ games.
