    Girlfriend is throwing a fit because I am using the juice from the turkey bag as part of the broth for gravy.

     

    Tried explaining that it's literally the same fluid you use from the drippings when it cooks (not blood), and this will be cooked as well. She's refusing to eat it... :facepalm:

      To take a different side... you could bring the juices to a boil before adding them to the gravy/sauce if that makes her feel better.
