Okay, update. Dough turned out pretty good. Made a homemade sauce...got it ready...went to slide it on the pizza peel and it stuck, of course! So it messed up a little BUT it did taste like a Neapolitan crust.

Okay, another update that no one cares about. The homemade Neapolitan dough SEEMS to be coming along correctly so far. Got about 90 minutes left for it to rise.

Ha! Trust me, I know!!!!! I am trying my first Neapolitan dough right now. I feel like my conversions sucked and it was off a bit, we will see!

I'm in Italy and took a tour of Pompeii. Literally one of the first things they showed us was a pizza over made with volcanic rock and brick. Guide said they could cook a pizza in 30 seconds because of the way the volcanic rock held heat. Your 3 mins sounds like an eternity

I'm late to the party, but in the last few editions of the game you could ad your own music for certain set pieces like kickoffs, 3 down, entrance music, etc. It's EA, so I highly doubt they'll do that again. Only the bare minimum to make you fork your money over.

One thing that surprised him is he is not as big as how the media describes him. He said at most he is 6 foot and 2 inches tall and weighs no more than 200. That’s not bad or anything. It just again tells you how often how kids coming out of high school are not as big as listed.
