One positive: these post game interviews. I really feel like these captains get it. They're pissed, and there WILL be reprecussions tomorrow.

I hope that rule about spiking the ball with under 3 seconds on the clock doesn't come around to bite us this season. It's a rule we obviously weren't familiar with.

Do many of you notice that this current group of players just seem to look the part more than in years past? Working harder? Recruiting? Maybe a bit of both. Either way, it seems these guys look ready to play at this level.

‏@danhoppen Kenny Bell just revealed he played most of last year with a messed up collarbone. Couldn't lift left arm above hip after game days. || This is a gripe. If he's injured, tell us. We find out about a lot of in-season injuries in the off season. Just tell us a guy is hurt and watch a lot of the grief they get go away. Make things easier.

Another board i belong to is being spammed like crazy right now. Some guy has created about 100 threads just to mess with stuff. Huskerboard is special, and that stuff would never happen. Sometimes feels "over-moderated" but i think that sets a level of expectation from its posters.

I don't see much of a QB battle this fall...but if Johnny gets down the system I could see a hellacious one next spring/fall.

After meeting the Huskerboard people, Crewe and i were walking to our cars... We saw a homeless guy.. Crewe told me to give him a beer... I gave him the rest of my case(about 8 beers).. never seen someone so happy.... Probably not the best thing to give a guy in his situation. Crewe is a bad influence.

Thinking about starting a "Fan Union." I feel we should have a right to negotiate how much a ticket, replica jersey, tv packages should be worth. WHO'S WITH ME?!?
