  1. Oh......that's going to piss off the little man.
  2. @GBR0988, I'm one of the most conservative that is a regular on this part of the board. I've never voted for a Democrat for President and was a life long Republican up till a few years ago. I'll piggy back onto everything Guy and TG have said. This pathetic little man is completely unfit to hold the office of President of the United States and it is a complete embarrassment that he sits in the oval office. The Republican party left me a few years ago and that's why I dropped my registration as a member. However, just think for a minute how amazing (in a not good way) it is that this party and this President are endorsing a known child molester for Senate. On top of that, the President did NOT want to condemn Nazis marching in the streets of the US along side the KKK. He finally did...sort of.....after catching a lot of crap for not doing so. Meanwhile, he has NO problem condemning a few football players doing a non-violent protest about what is happening in neighborhoods across the US. Just think about that for a minute. Millions of people died along with over 300,000 Americans fighting the ideology behind the Nazi flag. The President thinks there are "good people" under that flag. Meanwhile, demonizes Americans in a nonviolent protest. As a Republican....can you honestly tell me you are OK with that? Which one is really more disrespectful to American military personnel that died fighting for our freedom? This is what that party has become and there needs to be a reckoning with reality
  3. You're saying you know the couple that was arrested?
  4. How sad. I get so pissed off when something like this happens. It's totally senseless. My daughter new a guy who worked with her.
  5. This is something I’m excited about. I’m tired of hearing about players just having to watch in practice instead of actually doing it. I bet we all will think our team got more talented. In reality, more players got more reps in practice to get better.
  6. Interesting. I hadn’t heard about this.
  7. I definitely am pulling for him too. Imagine if the recruiting help Sr gave Riley was passed on to Frost along with Jr being a stud.
  8. All I’ve read about this is this thread. But, this seems to be the type of situation that any guy can potentially get into with really no ability to defend himself.
  9. I would love to be discussing the merits of tax cuts. But......this is just disgusting.
  10. Sooooooo.......Nebraska screwed Wisconsin. Cool....
  11. If I remember right, the staff was not planning on taking more than the DT they already had committed. That's a main reason why they passed on this kid. The other DT is also a Nebraska kid. Now, with the coaching changes, there might be more scholarships open up to where we can take more. Does anyone know if he was planning on signing in December?
  12. It's sort of a strange situation for UCF that I'm not sure how it's working out. Frost has hired 8 guys off of that staff and they are out recruiting for Nebraska. So.....who is back in Orlando prepping the team for the bowl game? Who is going to be the coaches on the side lines? This staff almost has to go back and coach that game once the dead period starts otherwise UCF is screwed.
  13. Completely agree with this. I have no problem with him coaching this game.
  14. Really? He has offered a UCF commit to come to Nebraska. Meanwhile, I believe the entire coaching staff he was with at Oregon is gone along with probably most of the players. And, like ha been said, he went after Wilson while he was committed to Nebraska.
  15. So, why can't we end up with: Ruud = ILB Williams = WR Walters = OC & TE
  16. So, I stand corrected earlier. We have these 7 plus Ruud, OC WR and TE. The OC will obviously have to coach either WR or TE.
  17. I agree along with not knowing what the hell you are supposed to do....which is what it looked like sometimes this year.
  18. I agree. Problem is, sometimes that takes a while to get worked out of the system.
  19. I understand. My point is, a QB that doesn't run the option well isn't going to stop him from being the starting QB if he does the other stuff well. Especially in a first year in transition. And, they can be very effective.
  20. From what I have seen, yes, they run some option. But, it's not like it's THE offense they run.
  21. That leaves $1,825,000 left for Ruud, OC and WR.
