  1. Thought we were after this guy back in the day. A four star addition next to Gerry might be nice. http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/09/29/baylor-removes-four-star-freshman-j-w-ketchum-from-roster/
  2. That's why you never take your foot off the gas pedal! Jesus!

Clearly didn't learn our lesson against BYU...

  4. Can't help but think Pierson-el would have two punt return tds right now.

  5. What's with all the annoying procedure penalties?

  6. Any chance the use of the tight ends last week gets Noah rethinking his decision?
  7. While we're all still smarting from the loss (and I might add 41 some passing plays... really? Square peg round whole? Joe Dailey? Not saying Tommy was terrible, but there wasn't even an attempt at establishing the run.) Anyway, does anyone have any injury updates? We ended up with quite a few wounded at the end of the day.
  8. Thought Tommy wasn't going to be passing 60 points per game???? 8 damn running backs that never get the ball... smh

Yea, cause the running game was moving all over the field........First time the run game looked good was when Wilbon was able to shake and bake all over, he sure as f#*k wasn't getting any blocking.

I may live in Colorado, but I know more about 144th & Maple than you do.

I would also recommend The Union. Plenty of TV's. Not the biggest place around but good food(pizza) and just a fun atmosphere in there.

Buffalo Wild Wings is right there also. It is way overpriced, but I do enjoy their setup if you can get a good table. May have to eat wings for breakfast.

  10. Yeah guys sorry. I meant active players currently on a roster. I figured that D would be able to hold its own against most teams in the league.
  11. How good would it be? Jared Crick, DE Suh, DT Richie Incognito --- No other DT's figured he could do it Randy Gregory, DE Lavonte David - LB Will Compton- LB Choice of - Ankrah, Z. Anderson, Martin, and Roach - LB Amukamara- DB Baptist - DB Asante - FS Stafford - S ALTERNATE DBs - Seisay, Bowman PR - Abdullah P - Koch
  12. Yeah Boy- I started this thread woooo! Welcome to the team Jordan.
  13. Didn't that WR from a northern Pac 12. also fill out all his paperwork and everything to enroll but then ended up somewhere else? Just seems like that doesn't mean much. Trying not to get excited until he makes an announcement and is in fall camp.
  14. Watching 2011 Ohio St. game. Amazing Miller is still playing and Martinez has already been done 2 years.

  16. Since I haven't seen it yet, any chance this Mullaney kid ends up here? http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/ncaaf-dr-saturday/oregon-state-wr-richard-mullaney-transfers-for-final-season-234509786.html "Oregon State wide receiver Richard Mullaney will transfer to another program for his final season of college football, the program announced Friday." "After redshirting as a true freshman, Mullaney caught 83 passes for 1,160 yards and five touchdowns for the Beavers over the past three seasons. His best year came as a sophomore in 2013 when he registered 52 receptions for 788 yards and three scores. "OSU and Reser Stadium will always be a special place for me and I'm very thankful of `Beaver Nation' for all the support," Mullaney said. "I also want to thank Coach Andersen for his support in my decision. I wish him and all of my former teammates the best of luck this season." Mullaney missed the second half of the 2014 season due to an elbow injury and had just 18 catches for 216 yards. According to the Oregonian, he returned to practice in the spring and saw time with the Beavers’ first-team offense. He also had a TD catch in the team’s spring game. The 6-foot-3, 209-pound Mullaney, who graduated in the spring with a degree in human development and family sciences, will be immediately eligible to compete for another school in 2015."
  17. Doesn't taking a job at Kansas do that to every football coach's climb up the ladder?
  18. Ok, so this probably doesn't belong in this forum, but I wanted to be sure it was seen to get some feedback. Mods, if it needs to be moved, please do it. So I recently moved back to rural Northeast Nebraska after spending some time in the big city. Love the rural life, hate the lack of competition. In the city I lived in nearly every single suburb had its own adult flag football league. I participated in several, and miss the heck out of it. We played during the summer, and it was a great way to fill the time between the spring game and the season. I live halfway between Sioux City and Fremont. I'd like to start an adult 7 on 7 flag football league, for all us has-beens who miss the game, and want a night to get away from the wives and enjoy some friendly competition. If any of you are from the area, please respond and let me know if there is interest in this happening. I would be willing to coordinate. Just need to know that there would be enough teams to form a league. I imagine games being played somewhere in the West Point area so folks from as far away from Norfolk, Sioux City, Blair, Fremont, and Columbus could participate with as little as a 45 minute drive.

Playing wise he looks nothing like Marlon Lucky.

Lucky was pretty good. I think Newby and Adam Taylor will be better.

      ColoradoHusk

I wanted Lucky to be great, but he put up good stats on a bad team in '07. In '08 Helu was the better RB.

  20. wow. if I didn't know better, I'd have thought Abdullah was on the field for Wilson's long run!

  21. Really wish it was ones v. ones and twos v twos.

  22. Why do our opponents always get to shoot so many more free throws than us?

Must have something to do with the number of fouls we commit.

      LOL

    2. Count 'Bility

      Count 'Bility

Because they take the ball to the rim and get fouled. They dont settle for garbage jumpers all night. Like us last year with shields and petteway goin to the hole all the time.

      ^ Yeah, that.
