I don't think the OP made any statement that the china man he was referring to was an American with chinese ancestry. It's entirely possible that the one he was referring to was indeed a "China" man and therefore calling them Asian-American would make no sense. See, this is what I'm talking about. Something gets taken out of context, the next thing you know, we're calling for coaches heads because somebody believes that chinese folks have a less than desirable chance of surviving the perils of hell when compared to non-chinese folks.

Minnesota is the most important. But since that game is later than the Ohio State vs Michigan game, I'll be going for Ohio State (never thought I would say that). That way I will know if I need a second tv on to watch Penn State at the same time as Minnesota. Of course, all of that hinges on today. We don't win today, I might not watch any football on Saturday.

Did I read correctly that no McDonald's has ever gone out of business? Probably didn't read that. I think what you read was that they have over 14,000 locations in the U.S. That's a lot of places for people to get their Big Mac on. If you guys don't want your free Big Mac on Sunday's then fine. More for the rest of us.

I love it when people hate on McDonald's. The haters are definitely in the minority. I've been to probably every McDonald's in the state west of G.I. and there isn't a single one that doesn't have a packed drive thru at lunch time. Not one. Their food must taste pretty darn good to a lot of people. Billions and billions served with 99.9 percent returning customers. By the way, I eat at McDonald's a lot. Because I'm the master and I do what I like. It gives my skin a favorable glow. Just check out my profile pic.

Whether or not we are ranked too high will all be known in a few weeks. After we play Wisconsin and Ohio St. we will be ranked right where we should be. If we lose both games we drop alot and people will be saying "see, I told you we were over rated." But, if we win one or both, nobody will be saying we don't deserve to be a top 10 team.

I agree. I haven't once had a panicked feeling this season or a feeling that we would blow it at the end of the game. Lot different than last year. Even had we not got the spot, and I definitely agree it was favorable, I still think we would have won. No way to know, but my gut feeling is that we would have won. I was saying as soon as they blew the whistle that we didn't get it so I was surprised we got the spot. Sometimes the calls are gonna go our way and sometimes not. Part of the game I guess.

Isn't that what we have been doin for years! gets kinda old I'm not asking you to continue doing it for years, just one game. If we lose, the board can go into nuclear meltdown status and I would understand. I'm just saying let's not do this already.

Let's just keep our heads on straight and not panic....yet. It's 2 quarters of football. That's it. Let's not go calling for staff changes already. I'm not defending anyone or anything, just saying. I'm going to go meditate during halftime, become one with the universe and hope the second half is way better.

Recruits families are watching and listening, some are even on this board, but continue tearing down the program you love. I certainly hope they don't see the part about some fans sleeping through the games.

I forgot how we make the hiring and firing decisions.....give me a freaking break the fans are the one thing that's holding this program together. The "fans" are trying to burn the whole place down. Again, if you can't see the extreme negative effects of firing a 1st year coach, then I'm at a loss for words. I don't remember getting called in on the meeting to decide if Bo should stay or go. Don't remember the early morning phone call asking my opinion on whether or not to keep Callahan either. Sure as heck wasn't consulted about Solich being let go. Remind me again exactly which fans are firing a 1st year coach........ooooh, right, the "real" fans. I wish I could be one of those someday.
