    Was just coming to say this. I had to work so I couldn't catch the game, looked at the stats and was baffled. Not only the yardage difference but Nebraska 9-22 on 3rd and 4th compared to MSU going 1-12 on those downs. Final score doesn't match the stats

    Im actually excited to see how our defense performs when matched up with a good offense. I think they are more up for the challenge than you are giving them credit for. Don't think our offense will do enough though

    And its absolutely assanine to come to the conclusion that has no impact on their performance. It likely has a large impact. Putting the time in is essential.

    Ok teach you go ahead and believe putting the time in doesn't matter. I don't know if they show up late or not but if they do it absolutely makes a difference full stop.

    At this point I'm starting to think year 8 or whatever of Mike Riley would have me feeling much better than this. Oh how I miss the Pelini days. Wasn't a huge fan of the guy but at this point its impossible not to want at least that level of success back.

    I still have a battered shield in my closet from fighting off the Chinander angry mob. Said from the beginning he has done nothing but steadily improve the D. Glad to see the narrative change.
