meh.. reddit. Not exactly a brain trust there. I wouldn't select most any of those listed, and definitely do not pick an actor. I really don't know anyone I'd pick but some of those already picked I could agree with.

I cut the cable cord this spring and currently have no subs to any service. What might be the best option to watch the Huskers stomp our opponents? Going to a local bar and ask management to turn on one TV to the game or find a streaming service or 3 to pay through the nose for?

From the little bits I've read, for the fans its more about the experience, and bar hopping, than the game. I'm quite fine with that and kind of (I hate the cold) wish I was up there to take part of those festivities.

I'll sign up to something when the real season starts. It's not worth money to watch just the spring game, especially if I can watch it later for free. Normally I'd be playing a WW2 strategy board game (World in Flames) with friends this afternoon but one of them has a life and is attending some other function.

Isn't the tail end of these games when the scrubs of the scrubs get to play? Oh, and since I cut cable, I guess I'll have to watch it later if it shows up somewhere for free viewing.

Sadly not. I did wear green, but it would not have mattered. Very few customers and the usual assortment of gamers came in today. The weather is too nice in south Florida in March for people to go to game stores, even nerdy gamers, plus a Ren Faire is going on. Now if I had gone to the Ren Faire I could probably get a pinch or two, but I had to work.

Metric is for dummies? I have no problem with fractions, because I can math.

With that said, and I'm heading to *cough* work *cough* (game store, I'll be playing Dungeons and Dragons while waiting for customers so occasionally I'll have to tend to the register), I'm considering not wearing green today in the hopes that some girls would actually pinch me. But, knowing how few girls actually come to my game store, and this whole anti-invasion of personal space has taken some of the fun out of this holiday, I'll probably be disappointed. But here's to hoping!

There should be a spring football season well as the fall football season. Then there can be bowl games in the north in June, even one at Memorial Stadium (The Bugeater Bowl!).

How about... a 300+ room 5* hotel, er, dormitory, with built in classrooms or video rooms to "attend" classes virtually, (formerly) off-campus (to the north is room, right? big price will be buying up all those houses) with ride service to the stadium. The extra rooms are for guests, mainly so their parents can stay for a large part of the year. The penthouses will be for the big spending boosters and 5* recruits. Oh yeah, and some modifications to the stadium as well.
