ULL has room so they locked him up in case he makes grades and gets qualified. If he doesn't, then he's still going to IWCC.

ULL's entry requirements are less stringent than UNL's, probably. Mapieu has probably already failed to pass the necessary classes to get into UNL, but he could still qualify at a less difficult academic school, like a JUCO or ULL.
